If your participation is linked to your paper being accepted, you should mention this while registering through Early Bird Scheme. If you are submitting more than one paper, connection to Early Bird scheme should be clearly indicated for the person registering and mentioning the paper that is linked to it. If the paper is not accepted and you have paid Early Bird Registration fee, full amount will be reimbursed by deducting only 10 € as handling fee.

Registered accompanying persons are welcome to attend the congress dinner and other social events at the same rates as conference participants.

Payments should be made in Euros by one of the following ways:

2. Payment with credit card (only VISA and MasterCard are accepted).
- You have to send your to , indicating that the payment will be made by credit card.
- You will receive by e-mail Credit Card Authorisation Form that should be signed and sent back by fax or e-mail.

An e-mail of confirmation will be forwarded to you as soon as we have received full payment.

Cancellations will be accepted until July 10, 2010. The full amount will be refunded less 50 € to cover cancellation costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to the organizing committee address:

Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.
